Zhou Bowen
Zhou Bowen is the director and chief scientist of the Shanghai AI Laboratory, a role he took up in 2024, and a chair professor in Tsinghua University's Department of Electronic Engineering. Before returning to China he spent more than a decade at IBM, including as chief scientist of the IBM Watson Group, and later led AI and cloud at JD.com.
