Jenia Jitsev
Jenia Jitsev is a co-founder and scientific lead of LAION, the German non-profit that assembled the open LAION-400M and LAION-5B image-text datasets used to train open foundation models such as OpenCLIP. He is also a senior scientist at the Jülich Supercomputing Centre, where he leads a lab on scalable machine learning, and holds a PhD spanning computer science and neuroscience.
