Connor Leahy is a German-American AI researcher who co-founded and led Conjecture, a London startup working on AI alignment and interpretability, as its chief executive. In 2020 he co-founded the open-source research collective EleutherAI, which built open large language models such as GPT-J and GPT-NeoX, and he has become a prominent public voice warning about risks from advanced AI.
